Jaguar Classic has unveiled its latest Works Bespoke E-Type commissions that have been developed in collaboration with luxury jewelry designers, Deakin & Francis. Purchased as a set, the drophead coupes are finished in Signet Green (above) and Opal Black, two color schemes that are an evolution of original paint finish options from 1974.
The interior features seats upholstered with hand-woven and stitched Bridge of Weir leather, which were crafted in Jaguar’s Classic trim shop. You’ll also find custom details like an engraving of the Series I E-type blueprint and an array of interior jewelry from England’s oldest jewelry manufacturer.
These jewelry pieces include a motif bar bridge that is finished in sliver with a Growler icon made out of guilloche mother of pearl and 18ct gold. At the rear, the badges have been crafted from enamelled sterling silver and inside the horn pusher is made out of silver and frames an 18ct growler badge with mother of pearl inlay. The gear knob has also been upgraded in sterling silver with the same 18ct badge as the rest the vehicle.
Additional details include knurled silver switches with matching silver bezels and a key cover that is finished in silver with mother of pearl and 18ct gold to match the rest of the car.
The two vehicles are one-off commissions and interested clients can reach out to Jaguar Classic for build inquiries.
