Austrian vehicle customizer Vagabund has reimagined the BMW CE 02 “eParkourer” with a retrofuturistic twist that definitely needs to be sold as a production model. The bike features details like a Teenage Engineering OB-4 that is strapped to the bike’s side, a faux exhaust that pops out to reveal a hidden umbrella, and a running board fitted with grip tape from a skateboard. You’ll also find their subtle hits of color through the bike, a silver and matte black color scheme with a fabric tan fabric seat, and white wheels.
If you’re not familiar with the CE 02, the 290 lb all-electric scooter is powered by an e-motor that has 15 hp and 40.5 lb-ft of torque, which allows for a 0-30 time of just 3.0 seconds. The battery is good for about 59 miles of range and it takes about 3 hours to get it charged from 0-80% when using the optional 1,200W quick charger accessory. The bike also has features like an electronic reverse gear, smartphone connectivity, and an integrated 3.5″ TFT display.
The BMW x Vagabund CE 02 is currently a one-off custom and is not available for sale though the standard CE 02 is now available and starts at $7,599.
